Contemporary Loft, Milan

Contemporary Loft, Milan

Design work for a renovated flat in the province of Milan. The original structure was an old industrial storage building, which naturally inspired us by dictating the style of the new construction. The industrial references, mixed with classical details, the wall decorations, the iron elements, mark the spaces of the whole house. The transformation work was also followed in terms of consultancy, trying to assist the client, who is passionate and has a careful aesthetic taste. The kitchen is a large room that plays on contrasting colours and materials. Strips of dark wood combine with white veined marble, oak parquet and a skirting board designed by us ad-hoc flush with the wall. The long corridor is enhanced by a white-on-white boiserie, in relief, creating a very elegant geometric design. Marble is one of the elements we also find in the cladding of the three bathrooms, combined with natural oak wood, black metal elements and custom-made double mirrors. The wardrobes have been designed and made to measure, in almost all the rooms, optimising space without distorting the volumes. Prints and large paintings embellish the furnishings, making this “contemporary loft” even closer to the style of the New York artists’ studios of the 1970s.

Villa 2, Garda Lake

Villa 2, Garda Lake

Design and supply of furniture for a single villa with lake view. We designed a tone-on-tone living area with neutral, light colours. The kitchen is white, with a Carrara marble effect top. A special feature is the full-height door that integrates perfectly with the kitchen modules, a door that creates a passage in the hallway behind, towards the bathroom. The living room is also in line with the light tones of the kitchen, except for the relaxation/reading corner, enhanced by a multicoloured fabric chaise longue. The villa is built on three floors: on the upper floor are the bedrooms, whose lighting, furniture design, wall colours, curtains and bathroom design we took care of. A continuity was also deliberately created in the bathroom coverings, favouring the Carrara marble effect, further embellished with wood furniture.

Reception and meeting room, Mantova

Reception and meeting room, Mantova

Design and realisation of a reception located at the entrance of a company in the province of Mantua. We designed the counter/work area and the full-height cupboard of the wall behind, made up of container modules alternating with open compartments and display cases. Everything was done in neutral tones combined with wood to enrich the environment without distorting it. The integrated lighting gives lightness and brightness to the large counter, creating geometric plays of light. Along with the reception, we also designed the adjacent meeting room, a suspended storage unit, again in warm grey, and a large central table with office chairs.

Villa 1, Garda Lake

Villa 1, Garda Lake

Realisation of the first sample villa, for a residential complex in Moniga del Garda. This is a turnkey project of a fully furnished villa, executed in 8 weeks. At the material level, we have a wood effect floor with a very warm colour, in contrast with the brightness created by the many openings and the white beams. The imagery of the holiday home is often characterised by the blue and light blue of the furnishings and walls, which we have deliberately proposed in both the living and sleeping areas. The living area is minimal and sophisticated, made scenic by the black kitchen, with a peninsula cooking area and a wall with side columns and backlit glass wall units. Tones of blue and grey make the rooms in this villa elegant, in complete harmony with the lake view.

Two-room and three-room apartment, Sirmione

Two-room and three-room apartment, Sirmione

Design intervention for a two and three-room apartment in Sirmione. In the renovation phase, a wood-effect floor was chosen, very easy to apply over the existing tiles, as in the bathrooms resin work was carried out to cover the original covering. Neutral tones such as sand and warm grey characterise both the living and transit areas. We have chosen to combine wood and metal, creating a pleasant harmonious contrast in the dining tables, living room furniture and lighting points. The kitchens are the elegant touch, in black, with backlit glass wall units. In the bedrooms, a bright colour impact has been chosen in the furnishings such as lime green chests of drawers and bedside tables, teal blue headboards, floral-themed wallpaper and fabric panelling, muted by white or wooden wardrobes.

Palace in ski resort, Austria

Design of a renovated building divided into 10 flats in the ski resort of Schwarz, Austria. The cosy flats are furnished in a contemporary style, complete with fully equipped kitchens, and guarantee a wonderful stay in terms of comfort and aesthetic balance, each with its own reference palette. The geographical location and our client’s preference for wood and the sense of home that this material evokes inspired us to design rooms with natural colours and textures. Delicate hues meet impressive walls in terms of colour. We are proud to represent Made in Italy also abroad, especially following the work carried out for this client in his holiday home on Lake Garda, synonymous with the synergy between our proposal and his taste.

Residence, Padenghe sul Garda

Residence, Padenghe sul Garda

Elegant flat in a residential complex in Padenghe sul Garda, on two floors, with a large terrace. Interior design and outdoor furniture proposal. Dark wood flooring, combined with white veined marble and leather upholstery in neutral tones make the apartment very elegant. The strong touch of teal blue in the living area lends character to the contemporary furnishings. The kitchen with peninsula is glossy white, with a snack area overlooking the lake. The covered terrace is an extension of the living area, with a large dining table combined with outdoor chairs and a matching sitting area in shades of sage green. A full-height smoked glass door separates the living area from the sleeping area. The sophisticated style finds its maximum expression in the two bathrooms, with golden mosaics and waterproof wallpaper with a botanical theme in shades of warm brown, mirrored doors and freestanding washbasins, all lit by LEDs and cuts of light that enhance the material. The large terrace upstairs is an invitation to relax, undoubtedly the villa’s strong point, which has been enhanced by a jacuzzi lined with outdoor wooden planks, a composition of modular sofas and sun loungers with mattresses to match the furnishings.

Lake view terrace

Lake view terrace

Concept and ad-hoc design of a customised outdoor kitchen. Modular, complete with fridge, dishwasher, integrated sink and hob. We decided to create a unique ceramic kitchen, integrating it into the context in which it is located, harmonising the materials with the landscape and avoiding steel, until now considered a must for outdoor kitchens. The strong point is definitely the snack counter which, by sliding, becomes the very cover of our kitchen.
