We managed the total renovation of a penthouse in Sirmione, overlooking the lake. The living area was decorated with a boiserie and a storage unit in canaletto walnut, with a pivot door concealing the access to the sleeping area. The stylish kitchen and brightly coloured wallpapers immediately catch the eye at the entrance.
\nThe lift, also covered in wallpaper, leads to the garage, which is partially used as a gym. Two large double bedrooms have been created from the original three bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom made of resin, a very different choice from the original proposal in the specifications.
\nBoth bathrooms were redesigned, completely changing the materials to create modern and functional environments.
